Legacy Planning
Choose the Legacy Plan
that fits your life.
You don’t need to figure out which legal documents you need. Start with who you’re protecting. We’ll design the rest together.
Every trust-based Legacy PlanEvery trust-based plan comes with legacy questions, a Loving Will™, and a Keepsake Box.
Let’s be real: listing what you own is a low bar for a legacy. Anyone with a spreadsheet can do that. So whichever trust-based plan you pick, we also ask the questions that capture who you are. You answer them out loud on video or audio, and we keep your recordings in the Legacy Vault we maintain for you. Your Loving Will™ puts those answers into words your family can hold onto, and your Legacy Keepsake Box gives them a home.

For a parent who needs a real backup plan around their children.
Because when you’re carrying the whole load, the backup plan matters even more.
This isn’t an Individual Plan with a guardian’s name added to it.

Your family isn’t a collection of documents. Your plan shouldn’t be either.

For couples combining families, children, assets, and histories.
Blended families need more intentional design.
How do you protect your spouse and your children? What happens after the first death? Can the surviving spouse change where everything ultimately goes? What happens to the house? How do you protect children from prior relationships while still taking care of the person you’re building your life with?
We design those answers deliberately.
Includes everything in the Family Plan, as applicable, plus
- ✓Blended-Family Inheritance Design
- ✓First-Death Trust Planning
- ✓Appropriate Continuing Trust Structures
- ✓Survivor Access & Control Planning
- ✓Protection of Intended Beneficiaries
- ✓Review of Existing Obligations & Structures

Loving your spouse and protecting your children are not competing goals. The plan should be designed to do both.

💙Special Needs Family Plan
For families protecting a child or loved one with special needs.
Because protecting your child means planning for more than an inheritance.
We’ll design the legal structure around your family’s circumstances — including appropriate third-party special needs trust planning — while also beginning to preserve something equally important: what you know about your child.
How they communicate. What calms them. What overwhelms them. Their routines. Their relationships. Their capabilities. The things a future caregiver could never learn from a trust document.
Includes the appropriate Family or Single Parent foundation, plus
- ✓Third-Party Special Needs Trust Architecture
- ✓Benefits-Conscious Inheritance Planning
- ✓Trustee Planning
- ✓Planning for Siblings
- ✓Appropriate Guardian & Caregiver Planning
- ✓Letter of Intent — special care instructions for guardians and caregivers

What do you know about your child that the person caring for them someday will need to know?

The paperwork protects what you own. These three protect who you are.
Every trust-based Legacy Plan comes with them. We don’t do “just the documents.”
Legacy VaultYour answers to our legacy questions, recorded on video or audio. We keep them in the digital vault we maintain for you, right next to your digital copies, so your people get your actual voice and not only your paperwork.
Loving Will™Because you should leave behind who you are, not only what you have.
Legacy Keepsake BoxYour plan, plus the pieces only your family would know to include. Yes, it’s as nice as it sounds.
Special Needs Family Plans also include a Letter of Intent: the special care instructions a future guardian or caregiver could never get from a trust document.
And yes, we plan for the four-legged family members, too.
Your pets aren’t an afterthought. They’re part of your family — and they’re depending on you.
That’s why Pet Planning is included in our trust-based Legacy Plans. We’ll help you decide who should care for them, who should step in if your first choice can’t, what resources should be available for their care, and what the people caring for them should know.
Because they’re family. Not property.
What if my life is more complicated than any of the above?
Good. That’s exactly why we Design before we Build.
Your Legacy Plan is determined first by who you’re protecting. Then we look at what you’ve built. A home, retirement accounts, investments, and ordinary assets don’t automatically make your plan “complex.” But businesses, multiple properties, unusual ownership structures, inherited trusts, advanced tax concerns, extensive implementation, or other specialized circumstances may require additional planning. If they do, we’ll identify that during your Design Session and tell you what it costs before we build anything.
Specialized planning may include
