Your Legacy Vault — Listing what you own is the easy part. So at the pace of your tier, we hand you a legacy question to answer out loud, on video or audio. We keep every recording in the digital vault we maintain for you, next to your digital copies, so your people get the real you and not just the paperwork.
Own a business? Add the Business Owner add-on: $400 / month retainer, one entity. Works with any tier. You get Entity Compliance (annual state filings and registered agent upkeep for that entity; state and registered agent fees are additional), an annual business review (including a check that the entity’s ownership still matches your estate plan), corporate minutes and record updates, and us coordinating with your CPA and financial professionals, with your written permission, so you have a real team. More entities are quoted separately. It doesn’t include general attorney time, legal letters for the business, or updates to business documents. That’s the Business Counsel Retainer, which works without a membership.
What counts as a minor update — A quick edit to a document we prepared: a new address, a different guardian, a swapped trustee or agent. Big life stuff like marriage, divorce, a new baby, or a new business is not an “update.” That’s a whole new chapter, so it’s a new service, quoted separately, with your member discount.
Good to know — the attorney we refer you to is engaged and paid separately. *Response times count business hours only and do not apply during vacations and holidays; we give advance notice. Legal letters are released across the year, not all at once: your first letter is available once your membership has been active for 90 days, and any more are released at set intervals (Dedicated: one every six months; Personal: one per quarter). Unused letters do not carry over and end if you cancel. Membership covers keeping your plan current and answering your questions; a new legal matter is a separate engagement. Monthly fees are retainers for availability, non-refundable and earned upon receipt. Monthly emails and calls do not roll over. Discounts do not apply to litigation. Legal letters (such as a demand letter) apply to Florida personal matters and are subject to a conflict check.
