The day your child turns 18, you legally lose the right to their medical records, their hospital room, and their financial affairs — even though you're still the one they'd call first. This closes that gap before graduation, before the dorm move-in, before it's needed in an emergency.
A one-page "in case of emergency" card for a wallet or phone case, listing exactly who to call and what they're authorized to do.
Digital copies stored and easy to re-send to a new school, doctor, or roommate.
Base price. Out-of-state property, businesses owned, blended families, or other added complexity may incur additional work — scoped and quoted during your design meeting.
This is usually the very first legal document a person ever has — and often the start of a much longer relationship with our practice. A membership with Your Family Attorney keeps it updated through moves, school changes, and eventually feeds into their own Partners or Family Plan down the road.
Membership is optional. It’s Your Family Attorney — Essential, Dedicated, or Personal. It keeps their documents current (new address, new school) and gives them an attorney to call for any legal issue. See the three levels →
A note on scope — Marrying or committing to a partner, having a child, or starting a business isn't a Launch Plan "update" — it calls for a different kind of plan altogether. When that happens, membership doesn't cover it automatically, but stepping up is simple: pay only the difference between the $450 Launch Plan and the new plan's flat fee.
