Estate planning protects what you've built for the people you love. Copyright and trademark registration protects what you've built for the world — your business name, your logo, your creative work, your course materials, your product lines. This is its own service. You don’t need an estate plan with us to protect your work.
Authors, course creators, designers, musicians, software developers, and any business owner with original materials worth protecting — which is almost all of them.
Base price. Multiple works, shared ownership, or other added complexity may incur additional work — scoped and quoted before we start. Our prices are attorney fees only. Government filing fees (Copyright Office and USPTO) and other third-party costs are additional, and we tell you the exact amount before we file.
A trademark is how you stop someone else from using your business name, your tagline, or your logo — or something confusingly close to it. We handle the search, the filing, and the ongoing monitoring so your brand stays yours.
Why this matters — A registered trademark is how you keep a competitor from opening under your name in the next state over. A registered copyright is how you prove — before a dispute ever starts — that the work is yours. Both are far cheaper to set up than to enforce after someone else gets there first.
