Effective Date: September 21, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Love & Trust Law, PLLC (“Love & Trust Law,” “we,” “us”) website and your purchase of a Virtual Legal Design Blueprint Session (the “Design Session”) or other services booked through this site. By using this website or purchasing a Design Session, you agree to these Terms.
Purchasing a Design Session, browsing this website, submitting an intake form, or communicating with us through this site does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when both you and Love & Trust Law sign a written engagement agreement defining the scope of representation. Until that happens, please do not send us information you consider confidential.
The Design Session is a paid, scheduled 90–120 minute virtual meeting intended for legal design, education, and advisory purposes — helping you understand your options and make informed decisions about your estate plan. It does not include the drafting, execution, or implementation of any legal documents. Preparation and implementation of your complete estate plan (or any other legal matter) requires a separate, written engagement agreement with Love & Trust Law.
We reserve the right to decline to move forward with representation following a Design Session — for example, if a conflict of interest is identified or if we determine the matter is outside the scope of services we offer — in which case we will let you know and, where appropriate, provide a referral.
Design Sessions are scheduled subject to a required preparation window (currently 7 days) to allow time for review of your voice intake and any submitted materials. Voice intake and requested prep materials must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. If materials are not submitted in time, we may need to reschedule your session; the $500 fee remains non-refundable and will be applied to your rescheduled session.
To reschedule, contact us as far in advance as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date.
No particular legal, tax, probate, guardianship, asset-protection, or other outcome can be guaranteed. Any information provided on this website or during a Design Session is general in nature until and unless it is delivered in the context of a formal attorney-client engagement addressing your specific circumstances.
We treat information you submit through intake forms, voice recordings, or prep materials with care and use it only to prepare for and provide your Design Session or other requested services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Formal attorney-client privilege applies once an engagement agreement is in place.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, the Design Prep Workbook, and other materials — is the property of Love & Trust Law, PLLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission, except for your personal use in connection with your own engagement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love & Trust Law's liability arising out of your use of this website or a Design Session (prior to any separate written engagement agreement, which will govern its own scope of services) is limited to the amount you paid for the Design Session.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website or booking of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
